• The representation of issuers in numerous private placements of securities as well as public securities offerings including professional football and soccer teams, motion picture production, surgery centers, medical diagnostic centers, medical office buildings, adult congregate living facilities and nursing homes.
• The representation of lawyers, certified public accountants, investment advisors, medical doctors, hospitals, outpatient medical diagnostic and surgery centers.
• The representation of franchisees.
• The representation of federal and state credit unions.
